What about my sellers' privacy?
You confirm consent before recording, and public posts never mention vacancy, lockboxes, security or the seller's name. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Which browsers?
Chrome and Microsoft Edge on your computer, and any phone for capturing.
Cancelling and refunds
How do I cancel?
Sign in, open Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and your card is not charged again. Change your mind before then and choose Keep my subscription.
Do I get a refund?
Your first payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Email kris@winbiz.ai from your account email within 30 days of that charge and we refund it in full. It works once per customer. Cancelling on its own is not a refund, and we do not prorate unused time. Refunds take a few business days to appear.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
You keep them and can still review them. We keep your listings for 12 months after your subscription ends, and we email you 30 days before we delete anything, so you can subscribe again or ask for a copy.
Can I keep the Founders price?
Yes, for as long as you stay subscribed without a break. If your subscription ends for any reason, the Founders price ends with it and you pay the price then on offer.
